HOW TO CUT A PINEAPPLE

  1. Cut off the crown and base.
  2. Cut off the sides and trim the eyes.
  3. Cut into quarters. Slice down the triangular tip to remove core.
  4. Slice in half lengthwise. Cut into chunks.

STORING YOUR PINEAPPLE

If fresh Maui Gold® pineapple is not being served immediately, cut the fruit from the shell and refrigerate it in an airtight plastic or glass container. Use within 3-5 days.
